Lag in Playnack

Significant lag in playback. If the user fast forwards before any text has appeared, the lag becomes especially dramatic. If user tries to skip ahead or back, the lag is also very dramatic, and the browser may claim the applications has crashed.

Believed cause of lag is that the video playback is based on delta compression. Transitioning to snapshots may solve the problem.
