Action Alert <contact> sends two emails

I have a contact email in generic.json
Choosing the Actionbutton/Alert "mycontact" two Emails are send?

also the provided link points to "0.0.0.0" Is this one of these in generic.json, I need to change for the "correct" link?

For the first issue, I'll investigate, it's probably a bad copy paste.

For the 2nd one, it is public_url you need to set to whatever the people receiving the mail can access.
