Combine excluded items into Continue Watching on Home

Idea: ability to force combine Continue Watching items from each library to show on Home. If a PMS server owner has unchecked libraries from appearing in Home, combine them and force them to appear on Continue Watching in Home.

Example: Say the server owner doesn’t like duplicates and they have 2 libraries:

TV (1080p) (included in home and search)
TV (4K) (Excluded from home screen and global search.)

The Continue Watching items still appear when you hover over the TV (4K) library but they do not appear on Home (as per the PMS server owners choice). This preferably checkbox option would force them to appear on Home anyway in a combined view.

Ideally, this would combine into the existing single Continue Watching tab and not multiple Continue Watching (Library Name) if possible.
