I want a reporter that reads (appended) CSVs and outputs a daily / weekly / total build time. This could go even further and replace the SummaryReporter by displaying the current values in comparison to the mean or median of that particular task.

Yes, could maybe highlight task lines that deviate significantly from recent weather too.
