Fails to import GPX version 1.0.1 files

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set geocaching.com to provide GPX files of version 1.0.1 (on account 
details page)
2. Generate PQ
3. Attempt to import

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It is expected that the GPX file will import, instead I see 0 caches.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
cache901 version 0.7.1
Ubuntu 10.04
Installed from debian/ubuntu apt repo

Please provide any additional information below.
GPX files of version 1.0 work, 1.0.1 doesn't.
