Emote category section

Create categories for emotes to make it easy to find certain ones/styles. Categories go in a directory page, similar to how twitch has a directory for different games, but instead it's things like donks, danks, peepos, bonks, pogs, etc.

I would like to be able to select tags for respective categories, to automatically categorize emotes. For example someone creates a DonkBonks emote, the creator or a moderator tags it as donk and bonk, and it automatically gets added to the donk category and the bonks category.

Also instead of banners like twitch's directory page maybe we can have it preview some of the top emotes in the category so it shows the user what exactly the category means.
