Consuming projects should be able to import the mixin versions of algorithms to reduce fragmented implementations.
This might be a matter of breaking out the mixin (if applicable) that is in larva-css/##-algorithms/a-name/a-name.common.inline.scss into larva-css/##-algorithms/a-name/_a-name.scss so it can be easily imported w/o pulling in any Sass that will output CSS.
