[Bug]: This should not happen, on github actions

What Happened

I got Pest\Exceptions\ShouldNotHappen , when trying to execute vendor/bin/pest --ci --coverage --coverage-clover=coverage.xml on github actions.

How to Reproduce

In GitHub actions use :
