ANDROID_HOME = C:\Users\me\AppData\Local\Android\Sdk

Android SDK tools are located at:

~/AppData/Local/Android/Sdk/tools/

But, there's now an $ANDROID_HOME/emulator/ directory that contains the emulator.exe file that we want for running commands.
