p100 delay when changing states from its button and how can i add multiple tapo devices

i noticed that when i change the state of my p100 from his button it takes about 20-30 seconds to update in home assistant is there a way to make it quicker?
does it pull the state data localy or via tplinks cloud?(is that why its slow on updating the state?)

i added the p100 from the configuration.yml cause i couldn't do it using the ui cause it showed the integration's github page

how can i add multiple tapo devices say the p100 its ip is x.x.x.210 and the p110 x.x.x.211
do i need to insert for every device its authentication if there are on the same account?
