Hello Patrick, Would you consider in an evolution of Blastviewer the possibility to integrate eggNOG results in the application?

Hello Erwan... I'm not familiar with eggNOG results file format, so don't know whether it's tough to do such an integration. Do you have any (simple) examples ?
