Can't find Title Bar

I've got v0.5.1
I'm trying to add my homepage button to the top left of the screen, in between the Obsidian icon that turns into a File Navigator, and the name of the currently open file.

According to the image in the plug-in's ReadMe file, I want to modify the "title bar".

But There is no "title bar" option in the plug-in options. These are the options I have:

I've tried adding a button to each of these options to determine where the options are on the screen, but the only one I was able to figure out was the ribbon and the status bar.

which 'new' option refers to the "titlebar" in the readme diagram?

Also have this same listing -- not clear on what corresponds to what, and the ribbon only adds to the left side, not the right.
