Conditional Startup Commands based on device

I would like to enable/disable commands that run on startup based on the device. Some of my commands should not run on mobile but have to run on desktop.

Does this fix a problem? If so, specify.

I have a command on my desktop that loads my workspace with stacked tabs in pane relief. The only issue is that the plugin pane relief can not be enabled on mobile and therefor the entire mobile app bugs. The result is that I can't see the toolbar on the left anymore.

Did you consider other alternatives?

Technically not syncing plugin settings but that would be too annoying.
