Describe the bug

Plugin interface language doesn't match Obsidian interface language, if moment.js locale is altered

Steps to reproduce

Set moment.js locale different from Obsidian interface language (with Calendar plugin, for example)
See plugin interface language change

Expected Behavior

Plugin interface language should stay intact with Obsidian
