Show current total coverage area of PCW network

We currently have the "heatmap" toggle on the map, which IIRC just displays a fixed distance from the given network node/set of coordinates.

We have some internal data on signal speed/strength (courtesy of @fmvaldezg ) that would be really cool to display here, but an easier starting point might be to adjust the heatmap to be a little more realistic.

Are you envisioning an overlay on the map? Do we have numbers on the sorts of ranges for each point?
