Make the map (on load) extremely basic and straightforward, presenting a coverage map so people can see where they can connect

add documentation to explain even the most seemingly straightforward fucntionality

Move 'advanced' usage behind a toggle to limit required visual digestion for (new) users

e.g. income / broadband access layers, etc.
