Extension 'phnegrid' not found.

Hi,
In trying to use phoenix models with lookup limb darkening I'm getting this error
Extension 'phnegrid' not found.
which I think has to do with extensions to the fits passband tables. I can see that I have extensions in the tess_t.fits table that looks like PH_ names. A current tess_t.fits exists in both my local user passbands directory and in the systemwide equivalent.
What am I doing wrong?

Hi Chip, please see here: #998. If you can test the staged passbands and report any issues, that would be very helpful. We will push the new passbands from staging to production tomorrow (unless we hear of any issues).
