[Tutorial] - Run GIS with FPS Unlocker 1 button

Now, whenever you click GIS. it will auto unlock fps.
Why I did that? cause I dont want to open two exe files everytime I open Genshin

> 1- Download both files and have them in 1 folder

> 2- Copy FPS Unlocker Path

> 3- Open config.ini

> 4- Paste the path

> 5- Open GIS and then Open your game

> 6- Change FPS aand Enable what you like - btw there is an Options button, click it

> - 7- Now click Start game and then Send GIS as a desktop shortcut

> 8- Change GIS icon to Hot Lisa icon - btw u have to convert the icon to ico file
