Adding a script language to the supported languages

Is it possible to add a script language to the supported languages?

If so, what kind of files or information are necessary?

We have develeoped a script-language for database-applications for Windows named "CARA".

Our complete Windows-ERP-System has been written in CARA.
It would be nice to have Pieces-support for the language.
