Admin prompt modification

At the moment all system prompts to the LLM are hard coded into the python scripts, as part of these prompts are dynamically modified with variables (e.g. inserting a specific topic with relevant concepts). It might be useful though to think of ways of how admins in ACCORNS could potentially modify (parts of ) the prompt to better suit instructions for a specific topic.
