You have to download it from the website, deploy it in a webserver like NGINX and also configure it (php, db access etc)
All instructions are located in the kupiki script (not really easy to follow manually but that's possible to copy paste some)

By the way if not installed by the script that's not the expected behaviour except if you disabled it manually
