TSC not usable free of charge any more? #1800

Hi Peter,

as a big fan of you and TSC I was a little bit shocked when being confronted with the subscription model when I updated.

Do I understand correctly that there is no scenario any more that TSC can be used free of charge?
Even by not using the fleet api, so e.g. using ble?

Even when using BLE, Fleet Telemetry costs still money, also I need Cloud infrastructure for everything to work.
