Web server integration (Caddy, nginx, ...) for server-side tracking

I was wondering if anybody has written a Caddy plugin or nginx integration yet to allow for server-side tracking with Plausible using its Events API (#1260). Essentially analogous to this plugin for Pirsch analytics. I'd prefer server-side tracking over regular client-side tracking to have people with ad-blockers included in my stats as well.
