Failed integrity metadata check

I had to restart the docker containers, and the result was asking me to reactivate my account, and sent me a pin, the database and volumes were lost, thats not so big deal since this is still testing, yet the bellow error, is only on one of the sites, and it does not send any data. Any idea what could be the issue?
