New Device notification on every startup

Description:

Every time I start the plug-in, I get a notification from Plex about a new Device connecting.

Is the plug-in generating a random device id on every start?

By the way, people without collaborator status can't add issue labels as requested by the checklist below.

• Kodi version: 19.3
• OS Platform: Android 11
• Hardware: OnePlus 9

Same problem on a Epson STI6110B (Android TV 10) with Kodi 19.3.
