Global Scale Factor: Bug

Been using this amazing tool for a few months and this is the main issue I've faced with the GUI. My machine is Windows 11, 23H2 and an ASUS Rog Flow Z-13 standard with virtualisation disabled.

Global scale factor and Default Zoom options in Settings > Advanced are not responsive to mouse or keyboard in plugin or standalone GUI mode. They flicker occasionally when clicked revealing a dropdown but then disappears. Sometimes if it shows long-enough the arrows on keyboard can navigate up and down the % before it disappears, but generally it's not usable. I suspect this is due to high dpi scaling / dual monitors, but it's only plugdata vst, clap and standalone I see this issue with like this.
