Document what this module is and how (not) to use it

This module is designed to be included once in the HTML document (i. e. by the layout). Web app developers should not be calling methods on this module directly. Instead they should use https://github.com/podium-lib/browser which will call methods on this bridge under the hood.

The docs should be clear on this to avoid confusion.
