License Keys: Increase activation limit

Currently, we have 50 as the limit for maximum activations. Bit arbitrary, but set at the time since I thought the use case would be primarily app installations on devices, e.g Who has 50 devices?from an individual perspective.

Well, businesses do.

In combination with a customer selling software to self-host with some customers with a lot of intended devices (installations).

• Remove limit, i.e limitation will be uint32
• Add pagination to activation management in customer portal
