instantiate is linked to a wrong page link http://localhost:8080/substrate/rpc#instantiaterequest-instantiaterequest-at-blockhash-contractinstantiateresult

it should be replaced by https://polkadot.js.org/docs/substrate/rpc/#instantiaterequest-instantiaterequest-at-blockhash-contractinstantiateresult
