Currently the workflow we use for Ledger Apps is using the gear icon and settings page. This is a bit of a UX issue, and is nota great workflow.

I would like to instead switch the drop down to show up on any popup that requires ledger actions.

  1. The "Connect ledger account"
  2. Sign and Send
