Documentation page to remove: Downloads

I think we should remove this page since it doesn't have an real content: https://www.pombase.org/downloads

The links to it are a bit inconsistent. There is no link to "Downloads" from the menu but there is a link from here: https://www.pombase.org/downloads/chado-database-dumps

Perhaps we can tidy things at the same time and make the left-hand menu on these pages match:

Agreed, the page isn't very useful.

As a first step, I've removed the link to the "Downloads" page so nobody ends up there. There was only one link I could find.
