What's incorrect or missing?

Duplicate or scattered concept references
Inconsistent glossary usage or location

What's the resolution?

Merge overlapping definitions into one "Concepts & Glossary" doc or a central location
Decide which terms need short explanations vs. detailed pages

Follow-up question

Do we want a single central glossary page, or short definitions inline in each doc?
