[Bug] Bottom Bar Hides Unexpectedly When Title Bar or File Menu Is Accessed

Issue/Description
A bug causes the bottom bar of the media player, which contains the seek bar and other controls such as audio and caption support, to hide unexpectedly.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Play a media file in the player.
• Click on the title bar or access the file menu.
• Observe that the bottom bar disappears and does not reappear with mouse movement as expected.

Observation:

• The bottom bar only reappears when the player is paused by clicking on the player canvas.

Expected Behavior:
The bottom bar should toggle visibility based on mouse movement, even after interacting with the title bar or file menu.
