Headless mode testing was recently merged in Iced upstream. Since libcosmic uses its own run function, it would be nice to have a way to use this simulator for cosmic apps.

I'm especially interested in being able to generate screenshots for my apps automatically, so that I can have them be up to date and generate all translations.
