[feature request] add support for translations #781

I've set my system language to Dutch, my Dutch translations recently got merged; so why isn't this part of the settings app not translated?

Is that a me-issue or is there an actual problem?

Settings → Input defices → keyboard → add input methodes

see the non-translated words "close" and "a user-defined custom layout" in the Right above corner

The close button is from libcosmic, and "A user-defined custom Layout" is from the xkb-data XML data file

so, I would like there to be an option to add translations to libcosmic, thanks!
