Add a plot export option to set aspect ratio #2267

When exporting a plot, the user should be able to set an aspect ratio for the plot.

Some things to consider:

provide preset aspect ratios (square, landscape, portrait)
custom aspect ratio
lock aspect ratio when changing resolution
