Data Explorer: Search and sort column information in the Summary Panel #2414

For the Summary Panel we will need a Search and a Sort UI.

Search:

Filters the Summary panel view down to only columns that contain string in search bar.
Delete the text to return to full view
Doesn't affect the grid at all

Sort:

Sort by original (ie original state) -- the default
Sort by type (numeric, string, etc)
Sort by name
