project wizard(?): create new venv via New Folder From Git...

When creating a new folder from Git, we get a popup sort of like this.

It would be super nice if I could optionally initialize a venv at this point in time, since that is almost always the next step for a new project.

Here is a similar request, but to add a "from git" option to the Project Wizard rather than a "venv" option in the New Folder from Git modal: #5167
