Space bar and cmd + § not working when Karabiner-Elements is active.

I'm very new to Karabiner-Elements and came to it after purchasing Keyboard Maestro.

Basically when I have anything enabled in Karabiner-Elements my space bar becomes inactive and my the cmd + § I use to switch windows in an app has also stopped working?

In addition when using my tab key the behaviour has become very strange, plus it displays a yellow hichlight around the selected field and is causing me problems selecting the correct windows?

I'm running Sonoma 14.2.1 and using a McNally ikey keyboard with Avid Media Composer shortcuts.

I haven't encountered that issue on my end.
If multiple system extensions related to the keyboard are installed, they might be conflicting and causing unexpected behavior.
Try checking the currently active system extensions, and if there are any keyboard drivers, disabling them might improve the situation.
