Any Idea how to map this key (grave_accent_and_tilde)

the normal key (`) works but,

  1. shift + ` should be ¦ (Broken Bar, U+00A6)

instead it is giving ~ (grave_accent_and_tilde + shift)

  1. option + ` should be ¬ (U+00AC)

instead is giving ` (grave_accent_and_tilde + option)

Keyboard: Logitech K120 Wired USB Keyboard
Keyboard Type: ANSI (could be ISO but ANSI works better)
Key: Top left key (below esc)

If you can input ¦ or ⌝ using a specific shortcut, you can achieve this behavior with complex modifications.
If that's difficult, creating a custom Input Source using Ukelele would be a more appropriate approach.
