I am thinking to change the UI, which helps in interacting with people. The current UI is good, but not having the engagement or flow of data. So I have designed one page design like yours, with some modifications.

Please Think it as a prototype, and suggest any changes, If You consider the changes, then Assign This Improvement, I will Change the UI
