Support for pin_depends options?

Is there a plan to support https://docs.conda.io/projects/conda-build/en/latest/resources/define-metadata.html#pin-runtime-dependencies or something equivalent? My use case involves pin_depends: strict.

Hmm, I think this could also be relatively easily done in a third-party tool?
We've started to work on Python bindings for rattler-build so that you can create a recipe in Python, use rattler to resolve the dependencies, and create a new package by putting the resolved specs in the run section?

I think that would be my preference vs. adding more features to rattler-build. rattler-build should stay fairly "low-level" :)
