즐겨찾기 코틀린 마이그레이션

🎯 리팩터링 목표

기존 프로젝트(자바)가 마이그레이션 후 코틀린으로 작동이 원활하게 되는 것이 목표

🔄 리팩터링 방법

Entity -> Repository -> Servcie -> Controller 순으로 리팩토링 진행
