create option to always return messages whenver an action is taken within slack agent

for example, when an agent creates a new channel, we should return any unread messages to the agent.

what i did:

• factored out the functions from the tool calls.
• wrapped each tool call in a run_tool that optionally returns messages

a complicated thing i did:

• added each message to have a name of the channel.
• this is returned to the users
• i removed human and world id names from appearing in the saved channel name.
