  • Understand sentence structure
    • Highlight current sentence
    • Display current sentence as large text
    • Click sentence to start reading it
    • Read each sentence sequentially.
  • Backend
    • Use SAPI5 on Windows
    • Control speech rate and voice
  • See Velociraptero for preprocessing steps:
  • "et. al" => "and others"
  • Test "Ænima" and precomposed ligatures:
    1. "finish" (normal text)
    2. "finish" (with fi precomposed ligature)
