Steps to replicate the problem

Sometimes its not reproducable. At least 3 devices had this problem at the testing party.
Seen with ID 9999, 4444, 3333

Notes from Testing Party Spreadsheet:

• Long lag time b/w entering ebola test data in and having it updated. I updated 3 test results in a row, and can see the 1, 2, 3 result updating with a 30 second lag in between each one. However, this can be confusing, b/c I see the 2nd result displaying even after I've entered the 3rd result.

• WHen you add an observation, it appears flashes, disappears, and then back out and go back. Reported on 2 tablet devices.

• One person (@ Matt Jane) saw this happen only for First and Only observation for a new patient.

• The new observation wasn't displayed in the patient chart. If you have a bad network connectivity, is that what you expect to see? If so does it auto refresh once the network connectivy is back?

Actual behaviour

• Data is not appearing immediately after saving an observation.

Expected behaviour

• Data should appear immediately after an observation
