When I laminate an object, internal perimeters and solid fillings are created where there are none.

Without a saved prusa slicer project file its going to be very difficult if not impossible to tell what the issue is. Please save your project from PS using File>Save Project as. Take the .3mf file produced, zip it up and then attach it to a reply here.

From your picture it looks like the surfaces are flat/parallel to the bed, but that could be for several reasons. A saved project file should let someone figure it out and is needed for the dev's to even start looking at it.
