Cursor gets stuck on folds #20

Normally, the cursor stays in the same line (relative to the window) while scrolling.
But if folds are encountered, then the cursor seems to get stuck on the fold, till the
cursor reaches the top of the window, and then the cursor remains on the top of the window.

The scrolling itself is not affected in any way. Only the cursor.
Also, only scrolling down causes it. Scrolling up does not cause it.

In case it is relevant, I am using foldmethod=marker

I also have Konfekt/FastFold installed, in case that's relevant ...

UPDATE: No it's not. This is a bug in vim itself
