I am not sure the method rigidXMat44() is still useful.
From what I understand, it was used in place of ApplyMatrix() (now apply_matrix() ) to apply a 4x4 matrix which is not a Matrix object, when reading a docking output file to be re-processed. I don't think it is used outside this context. After extract.py refactorisation, there is probably a much simpler way to perform this transformation. To be checked.
