Issue

Login button on the welcome page has a hover color (yellow) that's not aligned with the color palette we used in the design system.
Missing hover effect for links (Contact Us and FAQ).

Implementation Notes

The hover effect of Login button needs to have color of Princeton Orange (#EC9133).
The hover state for Contact Us and FAQ should follow the link behavior, the underline appears when hover.
